Refunds

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your CV and any content you upload to Helloweb.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

Use, process, and display your content to operate and improve the service.
Store copies of your data as needed for backups and functionality.

We do not claim ownership of your work or use it beyond providing the service.

7. AI Features

Some features (e.g., AI chat or CV enhancement tools) are powered by Anthropic.
Your data may be processed by Anthropic to generate AI outputs.

We ensure:

Data shared is only used for service delivery.
No training or reuse of your data by Anthropic for unrelated purposes.

You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms.
Your actions harm the service or other users.

Upon termination, your data and generated sites will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or results derived from using Helloweb or its AI tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helloweb and its team are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or profits arising from your use of the platform.

10. Modifications to the Service

We may update, enhance, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
We’ll notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice.
